You make sure they experience the value of our company and product from the moment you onboard them through their full life cycle. You are also the voice of the customer and are responsible for communicating customer feedback and needs to the other teams in the company.\n\n\nYou become an integral part of an international team, working remotely. You will be in the Customer Success team, which is a cross-functional group of customer success managers, DevRels, support engineers, and technical content creators. All closely working together on creating trusted relationships with all customer stakeholders to ensure they receive a world-class service. You report directly to the VP of Customer Success. \n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* \nOnboard new customers, educate and train them on how to use our product\n\n* \nProvide product guidance, implementation assistance, and troubleshooting\n\n* \nGuide customers through all the tools and content available to support them in their journey\n\n* \nProvide professional services and solution consulting to make sure customers are successful in the delivery of their projects.\n\n* \nIncrease customer lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer happiness\n\n* \nContinuously monitor the health and happiness of our customers\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\n\n\n\n* \n3 years experience in working across the post-sales experience from onboarding, training, implementation, project management, and support\n\n* \nA service mindset with a passion for working with technical customers\n\n* \nAbility to speak to technical customers in their language\n\n* \nKnowledge and big love for blockchain.
