About The Role and Your Impact:\n\nAs a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will support the Emotive sales effort in multiple functions while developing your skills to grow into an Account Executive role. Your daily responsibilities will include the prospecting and sourcing of potential decision makers, leading qualification phone meetings, and facilitating the closing of deals by leveraging the Emotive knowledge base. You will create an excellent first impression for prospective customers over multiple channels, including email, phone, and social. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, corresponding with customers and driving Emotiveโs message to the market.\nHow You Will Contribute:\n\n\nEngaging with potential prospects over email and phone to qualify and set appointments for the account executives\n\nIdentifying target customers for Emotive through email, phone, and social channels\n\nMaintaining active engagement with leads through informed, creative follow-ups\n\nResearching and developing prospective accounts\n\nWorking closely with account executives to identify qualified accounts and define strategies for outreach\n\nPartnering with marketing to deliver proper messaging and identify the best target market segments\n\nAchieving quarterly quotas for developed leads and closed business\n\nFacilitating the onboarding of companies with simpler requirements, leveraging our knowledge resources\n\nMay involve handling sensitive personal data\n\n\n\nSkills You Will Bring:\n\n\n1-2 years of SDR or BDR experience, previous work with SaaS Sales preferred\n\nYou are able to quickly engage potential customers over email, phone, and in person\n\nYouโre clear, concise, and accurate in your communications, both written and verbally\n\nYou learn quickly and youโre excited by new technologies, quickly mapping them to business processes\n\nYou possess grit and donโt shy away from rejection\n\nYouโre hungry to progress your career and make money\n\nYou know how to effectively manage your time to complete objectives\n\nYou have experience being accountable to metrics, often exceeding them\n\nYou thrive in a high energy team environment\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
