You will play a critical role in managing partnerโs relationships and continually discovering and providing value for our partnerโs success. \n\nWith an abundance of unclaimed opportunities ahead of us, youโll be at the forefront of a team that grows Rhinoโs transformative platform to the market on a massive scale.\n\nIn this role, you will:\n\n\nManage the partnerโs relationship from onboarding forward.\n\nContinually discover ways to drive successful expansion with Rhino by continually engaging with partners and adding value.\n\nSuccessfully advocate for and grow your partnersโ relationship with Rhino.\n\nHost virtual platform training sessions, live product demos, and answer platform functionality support questions with partners.\n\nDrive adoption, setting KPIs and delivering on success metrics for our partners.\n\nHelp create and improve materials and training documentation to demonstrate new product features and educational opportunities.\n\nIdentify and troubleshoot issues that occur, fully own the partner experience.\n\nPerform partner support tasks including adding users, and pulling reports.\n\nAssist in gathering client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices.\n\nCommunicate client insights across all relevant departments to optimize partner experience and add value across their portfolio.\n\nAchieve partner success metrics including adoption, portfolio penetration and growth.\n\n\n\nWeโre ideally seeking:\n\n\n2+ years of experience managing client relationships, ideally at a start-up or real estate company\n\n2+ years experience in a sales role \n\nSuperb writing and communication skills\n\nGreat interpersonal skills and a team player\n\nA burning desire to win and reach overall company goals\n\nFlexibility - we are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected\n\n\n\n\nCompetencies: \n\n\nCustomer focus. We are looking for a team member that receives and gives trust, feedback, and recognition.\n\n\n\n\nBase Salary Range: $77,000 - $90,000\n\nRhino has partnered with a number of compensation benchmarking tools to determine competitive and fair market pay bands for our size and stage. Our goal is to ensure each employee is paid equitably and competitively while also maintaining a consistent and standardized methodology.\n\nIndividual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level and balancing internal equity relative to other Rhinos.\n\nBase salary is just one part of our Total Rewards Package here at Rhino.
