The role offers a great variety of subjectsย and tasks with a lot of self-influence on how to shape the role.ย \n\nAll current HR operations & processesย are in the scope of this role, whereas a Recruiter will take ownership of the job openings.ย \n\nIn this role you will work closely with all line managers as we have a managers self-management systems. \n\nResponsibilities of this role are (amongst others):\n\n\nHR Operations\n\n\n* Sparring partnerย for line management onย all HR -topics. Wide variety, from internal comp&ben guidelines, managing the team, sick-leave, and more.\n\n* Handling all HR- questions from staff (indirect via line management or depending on topic directly)- for instance on payslips, benefits, special leave, reimbursements, L&D-options, and many more\n\n* Handling all employmentย and external labor-ย contracts .The initial contracts, extensions, fromย drafting proposals, negotiations up to the signing and implementing of the content.ย ย \n\n* Handling all employment-changes, as well as arranging, filing, communicating and accuracy of the HR system.\n\n\n\nHR processes\n\nYou will own the main HR Processes, that support our daily business. For instance:\n\n\n* Pre-boarding process: arrange all that is needed toย be prepared on time\n\n* Onboarding process:ย ย guide new staff &ย ย line managers to offer a welcoming, smooth ย onboarding experience\n\n* Off boarding: guide leaver &ย managers, exit interview, and take appropriate administrative actions\n\n* Sick Leave - control company status and execute on it in general and individual cas\n\n* Holiday - control execution of holiday procedures\n\n* Monthly hours administration: take ownership of this process\n\n* Support line managers on managing their teams on personal growth &ย performance review\n\n\n\n\nAlso other important People & Culture topics are in the scope of this role. For instance you advice Leadership on People Engagement and execute way forward.
