You know the difference between MQL and SQL. You have previously worked with Lead acquisition funnels (and maybe Webinar and/or Demo funnels), and can plan, manage and execute such funnels with the help of a dedicated team. You know how to track funnel numbers and what are the B2B/SaaS benchmarks. You can set up email campaigns flows, manage B2B content, lead magnet pages and lead forms creation. You make sure everything is delivered on time and with the highest quality. \nYou make things done, you are chill, ambitious and value seamless communication. \n\nIf you join our team, you will be responsible for:\n\nDigital B2B leads acquisition funnel execution (project management, tasks delivery, reporting)\nDelivering on MQLs target goals & B2B leads acquisition funnel KPIs\nCooperation with marketing team on digital B2B leads acquisition funnel execution\nCo-creating & implementing email sequences for B2B leads acquisition funnel\nCo-managing content & landing pages production for B2B leads acquisition funnel\nCo-managing content strategy for leads warming & nurturing \nMarketing leads qualification\nLeads acquisition funnel & B2B marketing data analysis, reporting & optimization\nCo-creating a flow & strategy for B2B leads acquisition funnel\nCooperation with external suppliers (copywriters, graphic designers etc.)\nCooperation with advertising agencies\nCo-managing B2B clients retention and anti-churn\n\n\n\n\nWhat do we offer?\n\nCompany culture full of growth, openness to innovation, teamwork, and autonomy\nPossibility to join the well-financed startup that is going to enter new markets soon\nFull access to the Mindgram platform (including free video psychotherapy) for oneself and one friend or family member\nPossibility to work fully remotely (or, from time to time, in one of the WeWork spaces)\nCompensation: 10-18k PLN gross (Employment Contract / B2B)\nBenefits package including sports card (Multisport) and health insurance (LuxMed)\n\n\n\n\nWhat do we expect?\n\nStrong project management skills\nStrong tasks delivery, prioritization & time management skills\nMin. 1 year of experience with B2B marketing (SaaS experience is a plus)\nMarketing funnels understanding\nExperience with managing marketing campaigns A-Z execution \nExperience with email marketing sequences creation (structure, content & flows)\nExperience with managing landing pages creation (structure, graphic design & copy benchmarks)\nEnglish language proficiency\nProject planning skills\nStrong communication skills\nExperience with managing lead magnets creation\nExperience with email database segmentation and tagging\nContent management skills (preferably in B2B)\nKnowledge of CRMs & email marketing tools (Hubspot is a BIG plus)\nWorking knowledge of marketing analytics (incl. Google Analytics; multi-channel analytics is a plus)\nWorking knowledge of website management (Wordpress, Landing Pages templates)\nExperience working with tasks planning tools (Asana, Jira etc.)\nBeing interested and eager to learn more about mental health and wellbeing topics :)\n\n\n\n\nAdditionally:\n\n\nPolish and/or Spanish languages proficiency is a plus\nExperience with Webinar and Demo campaigns is a plus\nExperience with ClickUp or/and Jira is a plus\nExperience with SEO strategy & execution is a plus\nB2B/SaaS growth hacking skills is a plus\nMarketing automation tools experience (e.g. Hotjar, User.com etc.) is a plus\nCopywriting & content creation skills is a plus\nLinkedIn Ads, Google Ads & Facebook Ads knowledge is a plus\nExperience of managing front-end and back-end website development is a plus\nCommunity growth and personal brand growth skills is a plus\nTeam management experience is a plus\nB2B2C experience is a plus\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
