LaunchDarkly is hiring a Remote Ecosystem Development Manager
\nThe Ecosystem team is responsible for the end-to-end development and deployment of LaunchDarklyโs ecosystem strategy and technology integrations. This includes working closely with our product and sales teams to develop strategy, scoping potential partnerships and negotiating contracts, developing relationships with external and internal parties, and executing the deployment and ongoing growth of mutually beneficial partnerships across a cross-functional team. \n\nThe Ecosystem Development Manager is responsible for supporting our strategy with regards to technology partnerships and integrations by conducting research & analysis as well as working directly with other companies across the software industry. \nResponsibilities:\n\n* \nLead and contribute to complex and time-critical projects for senior leaders by quickly understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations.\n\n\n* \nAnalyze and determine key insights by crossing research results with key business drivers, competitive environment, trends, and operating metrics.\n\n\n* \nCommunicate findings to senior leadership by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways.\n\n\n* \nFully own relationships and workflows across our Technology Partners and be the subject matter expert for your partner portfolio\n\n\n* \nPair with our marketing team to develop and distribute partner co-marketing collateral (ie: one-sheets, slides, partners-specific case studies) and support co-marketing activities (ie: webinars, events, conference sponsorships)\n\n\n* \nWork closely with the Ecosystem Program Manager to receive partner feedback and develop new initiatives and programs to support our ecosystem of Technology Partners\n\n\n* \nProvide LaunchDarkly enablement and education across our Technology Partner ecosystem, and also ensure the LaunchDarkly team is well versed on our partner ecosystem\n\n\n* \nCreatively identify and execute new and interesting ways to leverage integrations to drive mutual value for LaunchDarkly and its partners\n\n\n\n\nAbout You:\n\n* \nYou thrive on curiosity and always enjoy learning about new technologies\n\n\n* \nYou are data-driven and try to seek out the best evidence to support your research. You know that sometimes there is no โrightโ decision - you just need to get out to see what will work.\n\n\n* \nYou are a team player and are comfortable jumping into new scenarios and new projects quickly.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n* \n3+ years experience in venture capital, management consulting, or business development within the technology industry\n\n\n* \nExperience conducting industry research and analysis, distilling high-level business questions into tactical plans that can be executed across product, engineering, marketing, and revenue teams.\n\n\n* \nComfort speaking to SDKs, APIs, DevOps, and cloud technologies, especially as it relates to our integrations or platform\n\n\n* \nAn understanding of our integration partner landscape and knowledge of how these technologies work is a plus\n\n\n\n\nAbout LaunchDarkly:\nLaunchDarkly is a Feature Management Platform that serves hundreds of billions of feature flags daily to help software teams build better software, faster.
