We are making therapy available to everyone, everywhere, using the power of the internet.\n\n \n\nTitle: Regional Partnership Manager\n\nDepartment: Sales\n\nWork Location: Remote\n\nExempt Status: Exempt\n\nReports to: Director of Sales -Education\n\n \n\nJob Summary:\n\nResponsible for driving sales by educating potential customers on the benefits and value of DotCom Therapy; Identifies key potential customers within the market by following leads and demonstrating the value of DotCom Therapy.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\n\nCustomer Education: Educate customers and potential customers on the value and opportunity of using DotCom Therapy;\n\nCustomer Management: Manage multiple conversations and customers simultaneously;\n\nIdentify Key Customers: Qualify and identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization; Outbound/Inbound prospecting to target the assigned market segment;\n\nMonthly Reports: Create monthly pipeline value and provide accurate and timely reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts;\n\nRevenue Targets: Responsible for meeting/exceeding quarterly targets by utilizing sales tools provided;\n\nCustomer Voice: Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas of the product;\n\nAdministrative Tasks: Provide timely and accurate administrative reporting on a consistent basis;\n\nMiscellaneous: Other duties as assigned.\n\n\n\n\nRequired Skills/Abilities\n\n\nLittle need for oversight in preparing for meetings;\n\nCompetitive in nature and driven to achieve goals;\n\nArticulate and poised with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style;\n\nAbility to learn on the fly and thrive in a fast-moving environment;\n\nEnthusiastic and passionate about delivering therapy to everyone;\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills;\n\nExcellent interpersonal, customer service skills, and attention to detail;\n\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software;\n\nMust have accessibility to stable internet and technology;\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Education and Experience\n\n\nBachelorโs Degree in Business or related field;\n\n2+ years of closing/sales experience;\n\nA consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions;\n\n\n\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\n\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer;\n\nMust be able to lift 15 pounds at times;\n\nOccasional travel required up to 30%\n\n\n\n\nEstimated salary depending upon experience: $60,000 - $65,000 + commissions\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
