\nWe are seeking an Associate Engineering Manager who has strong experience working with C# and developing ASP.NET applications to lead full life-cycle projects, from requirements-gathering & technical design, through to development, launch, and support. Each project will give you the chance to solve unique business problems for our clients, as you interact with them directly, in order to create ideal solutions. \n\n As our successful Associate Engineering Manager, you will be required to: \n\n\n* Lead a team of dynamic software developers to build and maintain the application\n\n* Plan releases, schedule development by providing estimates and initial assessment for proposed development tasks\n\n* Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the software development lifecycle\n\n* Track and report progress of the project against key milestones keeping stakeholders informed throughout the release cycle\n\n* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams towards operational excellence\n\n* Manage development-related customer escalation, and partner with support, product management and QA to triage customer issues\n\n* Participate in the full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design\n\n* Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation\n\n* Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed\n\n* Participate in software design meetings, and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements\n\n* Work with both internal and external users to document project success criteria\n\n\n\n\n To apply for this position, you will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: \n\n\n* 8+ years of industry experience in a similar role\n\n* Excellent ability to design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications\n\n* Demonstrated expert knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns\n\n* Solid experience with the following technologies: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Angular, HTML/DOM/CSS, ADO.NET, TSQL, TypeScript\n\n* Bachelorโs Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline\n\n* Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work within a collaborative team environment\n\n* Experience developing Single Page Applications\n\n* Familiarity with Angular, Chrome Debugger, Middle-Tier Design, Database Design, Project Planning/Management, Agile/Scrum SDLC, and expertise with using tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage the lifecycle process\n\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to a range of audiences\n\n\n\n\nTo APPLY, please upload your application following the link provided.
