An ideal candidate will have experience in both UI and Visual Development.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\nCollaborate with the Art Director, Creative Team, and Engineers to create UI that will support gameplay systems and overall software experience\n\nHandle all aspects of the UI pipeline, which includes creating content from pre-visualization concepts to final polished assets in game\n\nAssess artistic content and establish time and planning estimates by priority and importance\n\nAssist in training and knowledge sharing with other members of the team, including in a mentorship role\n\nBuild and integrate assets into shows and find solutions that adhere to the style guide\n\nCollaborate with technical artists and other senior artists to ensure the technical and artistic quality\n\nCommunicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to confirm task direction\n\nWork closely with the design team counterparts to shape and mold early design block-outs into spaces that work both for performances and desired art direction\n\nWork closely with the Engineering, and Tech art teams to develop new workflows or improve upon existing tools and technologies to streamline efficiency \n\nEfficiently communicate and support management and help communicate initiatives and company goals to the team\n\nOversee optimization and debugging to fix the issues raised by testers\n\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n\n6+ years experience as a UI Artist\n\nAt least 1 shipped AAA title in the Sr. UI Artist \n\nMobile UI development experience\n\nStrong Visual Design Skills\n\nExpert skills in 2D design software programs\n\nExpert knowledge of UE4 UI Toolset \n\nExcellent skills in creating UI animation and motion graphics\n\nComfortable working in different art style and tones \n\nOriginality and resourcefulness in problem solving\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\n\nStrong working knowledge of the UE4 Shader Graph system\n\nSelf-motivated, independent, and has proven ability to self-manage and meet deadlines\n\nFamiliarity with data management software (such as Perforce)\n\nStrong understanding of modular workflows as it relates to architectural assembly and asset creation\n\nStrong ability to adapt to new processes and pipelines\n\nPossess a foundation in traditional design principles\n\nDemo reel / portfolio required\n\n\n\n\nDesired Qualifications\n\n\nExperience with both rapid prototyping and shipping highly polished experiences\n\nKeeps up to date on new tech and design trends\n\nMusician/Music lover\n\nPassion for live events\n\nExperience developing musically reactive visuals\n\n\n
