Our solution involves collaboration among multiple roles and tools for specialized domains. So, one day you may be outlining a high-level process design, with the next day diving into interaction design for a specific tool in that process. \n\nYou will join a cross-functional digital product team, partnering with the product manager, engineers, and subject matter experts to discover the best solutions for our users. In addition to a solid background in user experience design, you will need a strong product orientation in order to understand the value we deliver to customers and incorporate business concerns as design constraints throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nThe Impact You Will Have \n \nBe a key contributor ensuring successful product delivery and installation for customers the CruxOCM RIPA platform. Given that we are an early-stage start-up, there is plenty of room to grow into many career opportunities.
