DeFiner Business Development Manager Job Descriptions DeFiner is looking for an enthusiastic business professional from the blockchain industry to join as Business Development Manager to lead the direct sales processes. You will collaborate with teams, reach out to industry leaders for partnership opportunities, and build the business development strategy. \n\nJob Type: Full Time/ Part Time Location: Remote Start Date ASAP Responsibilities \nCultivate, negotiate, and close partnerships within the crypto ecosystem such as wallets, swaps, exchanges, NFTs, etc. \n\nHandling responsibility for generating leads, conducting TVL (Total Value Locked) increase, and hitting/ exceeding TVL targets;\n\nBuild up thought leadership both inside the company, in the crypto community, and at the trade shows & industry conferences\n\nAttract, recruit, lead and retain a team of high performing business development managers\n\nIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;\n\nNegotiate contract terms and coordinate with the team to develop mutually beneficial proposals\n\nMonitor partners to ensure contracts are executed as agreed\n\nProviding feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to help the company strategize its offerings and go-to-market strategy;\n\n\n Requirements \nA degree in Business or relevant field or comparable experience\n\nSolid understanding of the blockchain industry and crypto community\n\nPrevious experience in the blockchain industry and the technology industry\n\nGood English oral and written communication abilities, with positive and energetic phone/video conference skills and exquisite listening skills to serve clients all over the world\n\nPossess strong sales management experience and excellent understanding of the sales cycle to ensure full control of opportunities and accurate forecasting\n\nFlexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the changing market, the clients, and the business\n\nHighly self-motivated, energetic individual who builds strong relationships quickly\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
