\nThe Role\n\nAs a Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide excellent recruitment administrative support to the recruitment team, hiring managers, and Apollo candidates and applicants. \n\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented scheduling connoisseur that can effectively communicate with candidates and internal hiring teams. Our Recruiting Coordinators partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide a positive & memorable candidate experience.\n\nDaily Adventures and Responsibilities\n\n\nCoordinate and schedule interviews, manage our scheduling tool, and communicate with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters on a daily basis.\n\nAssist Recruiters in executing the sourcing process from end-to-end, leveraging tools like Apollo and LinkedIn to identify talent.\n\nPlay an active sourcing role within the team, reviewing inbound and outbound applicants for the Recruiter/Hiring Manager to screen on an ongoing basis.\n\nContinuously update our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring our database remains clean and up-to-date.\n\nCreate a personalized interview experience for all active, passive, and future candidates of Apollo.\n\nCreate an open line of communication with candidates and all parties involved before and during interviews.\n\nAssist with identifying issues affecting the hiring process and ensuring it is as fast and smooth as possible, for both candidates and hiring managers.\n\nHelp our hiring team build the best candidate, recruiter, and hiring partner experience.\n\nSolve problems in real time including (but not limited to): interview cancellations, changing schedules, Zoom links, etc.\n\nBe the point of contact for any issues that may arise throughout the day of interviews, while communicating any issues with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.\n\nAbility to think on your feet and be creative in solving problems when things donโt go as planned.\n\nAssist in recruitment administrative activities related.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications and Experience required to apply for this role\n\n\n1+ year experience working in a high-growth environment\n\n1+ years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator/Talent Acquisition Coordinator\n\nExperience thriving in fast paced work environments and managing multiple tasks.\n\nTrack record for working well in a team environment.\n\nPrevious experience using a top tier ATS (we use Greenhouse!)\n\nExperience setting expectations with multiple stakeholders at once.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAny certification or formal training as a Recruitment Coordinator/Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a plus\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
