Day-to-day responsibilities include outbound prospecting to enterprise companies, routing new enterprise leads to Account Executives, and tracking various data points that will help optimize our sales efforts. If youโre ready to do the best work of your life and be inspired by Calm's mission of improving wellness, join us for an adventure that will define your career.\n\nWhat Youโll Do:\n\n\nUtilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email, and social media to nurture, qualify, and set appointments with new prospects either through cold calling emailing, and social selling into our targeted accounts. \n\nProspect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities\n\nEstablishing rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executives\n\nSuccessfully manage and overcome prospect objections\n\nUnderstanding a prospectsโ challenges and effectively communicating how Calm will meet them\n\nFollow the established pre-sales process and consistently use Salesforce.com to document prospect interaction ensuring efficient lead management\n\nKeep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers\n\nEnsure 100% satisfaction with all prospects and customers\n\n\n\n\nWho You Are:\n\n\nFour-year degree or relevant work experience\n\nPrevious outbound sales development experience is required\n\nConsistent measurable over-achievement in past experiences\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail\n\nA โget it done nowโ attitude\n\nHigh-energy, passion, and a positive attitude\n\nFamiliarity with Outreach.io or similar systems\n\nExperience with Salesforce is strongly preferred\n\n\n\n\nOutcomes: \n\n\nUtilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email, and social media to nurture, qualify, and set appointments with prospects either through cold calling or by following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns\n\nProspect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities\n\nEstablishing rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executives\n\nSuccessfully manage and overcome prospect objections\n\nUnderstanding a prospectsโ needs and effectively communicating how Calm will meet them\n\nFollow the established pre-sales process and consistently use Salesforce.com to document prospect interaction ensuring efficient lead management\n\nKeep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers\n\nEnsure 100% satisfaction with all prospects and customers\n\n\n\n\nNice-to-Haves: \n\n\nInterest in wellness, meditation, and resilience a plus\n\nPrevious success with selling into HR and Benefits teams is a plus\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
