This position will be a key contributor on the Growth Marketing team and will work closely with Sales Operations. \n\nThis role requires an analytical, critical thinking mindset and will manage operational processes and MarTech systems to optimize lead flow, scoring, data quality, and reporting. \n\n \n\nImpact Youโll Own:\n\n\nOversee marketing attribution for all marketing generated leads and contacts to ensure accurate campaigns tracking from all digital and offline sources \n\nHandle ongoing data cleanup and enrichment\n\nOptimize marketing reports based on best practices\n\n\n\n\n\nAssist with the implementation of the Data Orchestration tool (RingLead), by setting up triggers to normalize, segment and enrich data \n\nEnsure proper data sync to Salesforce and support lead segmentation and lead to account mapping\n\n\n\n\n\nUnderstand and troubleshoot API connections within the MarTech stack - including but not limited to GoToWebinar, PathFactory, AEM Assets, Salesforce, and Marketo and provide solutions for data flow issues and campaign attribution\n\nDemonstrate effective stakeholder management and communications on cross-functional projects like lead scoring and handoff\n\nSet up cross-platform nurture flows and provide email performance reports with insights that support optimization\n\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat You Bring:\n\n\nBA/BS degree required\n\n4+ years of experience in B2B tech with track record of increasing responsibility\n\nExpertise with marketing automation tool Marketo (Pardot or Hubspot a plus, Marketo certification a plus)\n\nProficiency of Salesforce with a demonstrated ability to build complex reports and dashboards without supervision\n\nFamiliarity with data orchestration tools like RingLead or similar\n\nExperience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Kanban, Asana, or similar\n\nExcellent grasp of best practices for email marketing and design (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, subject line testing, ALT tags, image optimization, etc.)\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets skills\n\nKnowledge of data segmentation, dynamic content and email measurement\n\nStrong business acumen and quantitative analytical skills\n\nFast learnerโcan achieve power-user status on multiple tools quickly\n\n\n\n\nBenefits While Working at Planet:\n\n\nComprehensive Health Plan\n\nWellness program and onsite massages in specific offices\n\nFlexible Time Off\n\nRecognition Programs\n\nCommuter Benefits\n\nLearning and Tuition Reimbursement\n\nParental Leave\n\nOffsites and Happy Hours\n\nVolunteering Benefits\n\n\n\n\nSome Press About Us: \n\nOur CEO, Will Marshall featured on TED and featured in a Planet Blog\n\nโPlanet: Bringing Space Back Down to Earthโ\n\nTiny, privately owned satellites are changing how we view the Earth features in NBC News\n\nโPlanet And Rocket Lab Create Mission Patch To Honor Women In Aerospaceโ โPlanet Blog\n\nWhy we care so much about Belonging. \n\nWeโre dedicated to helping the whole Planet, and to do that we must strive to represent all of it within each of our offices and on all of our teams.
