As a QA Analyst II, youโll partner with our incredible Engineering and Product scrum teams by providing a holistic testing and quality management approach. \n\nYour initial area of focus includes:\n\n\nCollaboration with QA, engineering, and product teams cross-functionally, testing new features, detecting bugs, and conducting regression testing\n\nCreating test cases and testing notes, and executing them against various requirements including technical documents, wireframes, and mockups\n\nTriaging, reproducing, verifying, and documenting issues reported from customers\n\nParticipating in post-mortem/retrospective meetings to gain insight on how to improve the testing approach and other needs\n\nReviewing designs with the team and identifying potential defects before development work begins\n\nAdvocating for customers and quality throughout the development process (We love our customers!)\n\nMentoring and training QA team members on skills, abilities, and tools\n\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat You Need to Get the Job Done\n\n\n4+ years of experience in Manual QA (manual testing)\n\nStrong understanding and proficiency with Postman\n\n\nSolid knowledge and experience with database querying using SQL (including creating complex queries)\n\nExperience developing test plans and writing test cases/testing notes\n\nDemonstrable knowledge and experience with Black, White, and Grey Box testing\n\nStrong understanding of agile methodologies within a specified project/scrum team\n\nAbility to identify critical testing needs by identifying key interdependencies or risks\n\nAbility to identify potential risks and opportunities pertaining to product quality, with an ability to work with key stakeholders on developing meaningful solutions\n\n\n\n\nBeyond the technical skills, weโre looking for individuals who are:\n\n\nClear communicator with the team and stakeholders\n\nExceptional organizational and prioritization skills\n\nAbility to work well in a dynamic team environment\n\n\n\n\nIf you have a curious mindset, are hungry to learn new products, and are able to adapt to an ever-changing environment, youโll be in good company.
