This role requires PST Working Hours.\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\n\nThe Product Manager will be responsible for the management of Mint Mobileโs products and services. The Product Manager will meet regularly with business stakeholders, including members of the Marketing, Sales, and operational teams, in order to identify and prioritize the product and technological needs of the Mint Mobile business. Working closely with members of Program Management, Product, Engineering, and other teams responsible for product development, you will orchestrate the prioritization and build-out of various functionality, including everything from small feature iterations to company-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and always takes a data-driven approach to decision making.\n\nYour usual day of awesomeness includes: \n\n\nMeet with key cross-functional stakeholders to share and gather new ideas and long term strategies and roadmaps.\n\nWork with functional team members to develop workflow and process flow diagrams.\n\nCreate, or support the creation of user stories, usability documents, and functional requirements.\n\nMeasure the effectiveness of new products or features using analytics tools and present findings to stakeholders.\n\nRun multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\n\nSupport Sr. Product Managers in the planning and execution of Mint products and services.\n\n\n\n\nWHAT YOU BRING\n\n\nB.S. degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or related field/experience.\n\nExperience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.\n\nAbility to develop a strategic vision and plan for future products and services\n\nExperience working in partnership with UX Design experts and translating UX requirements into functional requirements.\n\nExperience in all phases of the SDLC for large and complex projects.\n\nExperience integrating 3rd party platforms or products into an established technical stack.\n\nExperience in the telecommunications industry, especially prepaid, is preferable.Ability to lead discussions for internal and external resources.\n\nAbility to manage and prioritize efforts and manage personal workload.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment with fixed due dates.\n\nStrong communication, written, and organizational skills are needed to facilitate organizational requirements from Ultra and Mintโs cross-functional teams.\n\nAbility to understand the complex product, service, and operational behaviors from both a business and technical aspect.\n\nAbility to communicate with developers and understand programming terminology.\n\nAbility to manage requirements, tasks, and documents related to multiple independent or dependent projects/programs. \n\n\n\n\nWE ARE ULTRA & MINT \n\nWe connect people to whatโs most important in their lives: Easily, affordably and reliably.
