Weโre looking for a proactive problem solver who is passionate about maintaining the integrity and trust and safety efforts of our platform - someone passionate about investigating issues and connecting the dots to take action.\n\nIn this role, you will become a subject matter expert of Peerspaceโs policies, procedures, product features, and internal workflows and apply this knowledge when reviewing a userโs account to determine eligibility to use the platform.\n\nPart Time Associate Proposed Schedule: Monday through Friday: Must have 20 hours of availability Monday through Friday (times flexible), with 5-19 hours actually scheduled based on availability and business needs. Saturday & Sunday: 1 p.m. ET - 6 p.m. ET each day,ย every other weekend. Weekend hours are a guaranteed schedule.ย \n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nIndependently work through a queue of tasks with an eye for process improvements.\nReview and take action on accounts for potential violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.\nReview accounts and transactions to detect and prevent fraud.\nPrepare evidence and respond to disputed charges.\nConduct investigations to detect suspicious activity.\nConduct ID and payment verification checks.\nProvide outstanding customer service through email and phone to provide support on Trust & Safety initiatives or case review.ย \n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nPassionate about helping to make the Internet a safer, more trustworthy place.\nExcellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail and grammar.\nMaintain a high degree of confidentiality.\nAttention to detail.\nEnergized by investigating issues.\nHave a sense of humor and enjoy working with others.\nConsistently and objectively apply guidelines when making difficult decisions.\n\nBonus points:\nProficient in Excel/Google Sheets\nPrevious experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems\nExperience with Stripe\nย \nWorking At Peerspace \nย \nPeerspace is proudly certified as a Great Place to Workโข and we're a remote first company with team members located in cities around the globe.
