Culture Amp is hiring a Remote Customer Education Program Manager

We encourage you to work in the way that best suits you.\n\nHow you can help make a better world of work\n\nAs Culture Amp as a business and our Customer Success, Support & Experience team grow, we want to continuously improve and evolve how we help our customers create a better world of work at their organizations. \n\nCustomer education is an important part of the Culture Amp customer experience today, and weโre looking for a Lead Customer Education Manager to take ownership of this program to ensure educational content drives value realization and satisfaction for our customers and helps Culture Amp grow and scale for the future. This role will be highly cross-functional, partnering with our Product teams as we build out new offerings, and collaborating deeply with Customer Success & Support to drive our shared outcomes. \n\n \n\nAs part of the Customer Experience team, you will: \n\n\nLead the scaled education team, driving our global customer education vision and outcomes \n\nOwn strategy & build content in our customer learning platform, Culture Amp Training \n\nCollaborate with and coach Campers who create educational content\n\nIdentify and innovate new ways of driving customer outcomes, including badging programs, using new tools and methods, learning paths, etc. \n\nPartner with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and more on cross-functional initiatives like new product launch, adoption campaigns, etc. \n\nConduct data analysis and gather Camper and customer feedback to inform strategy and content iteration\n\nOwn the relationship with education vendors like Skilljar\n\n\n\n\nYou have: \n\n\n4-6 years driving or owning customer education in a SaaS environment\n\nExperience leading a team or coaching colleagues on education projects and initiatives\n\nThe ability to identify hypotheses, design experiments, and assess their effectiveness in driving customer outcomes \n\nThe ability to lead complex projects from start to finish and measure your success\n\nYou excel at creating clear and impactful content and communications, both internally and externally\n\n\n\n\nPlease keep reading...\n\nResearch shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box.
