\nJob Title: Director of Technical Account Management \n\nDepartment: Technology, Operations\n\nAbout The Role: \n\nThe Unite Us Director Technical Account Management is responsible for leading a team and engaging with customers to assist in the development and execution of our products โ spanning interoperability, data, and more. The Director Technical Account Management will work cross-functionally to execute on the items that the technical account management team has responsibility for, that will enable our customers to be successful. This entails architecting solutions, project managing an implementation and consulting with customers so that they achieve their objectives and capitalize on the vast new possibilities in technical partnership with Unite Us\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\n\nBecome a product and domain expert, and share that expertise with customers\n\nManage the technical account management team who are servicing customers on all Unite Us products, providing consistent guidance and coaching\n\nDeeply understand the customersโ business to help them understand how to best leverage the possibilities offered by the Unite Us Platform\n\nBecome a Trusted Advisor to your customers helping them to meet their business goals leveraging Unite Us technology\n\nTenaciously troubleshoot product issues and provide feedback to Product Management\n\nPartner closely with our Customer Success practice, including developing best practices, customer facing assets, and internal resources to ensure a seamless technical implementation \n\n\n\n\nEducation and Experience:\n\n\nAt least 7 or more years of experience in managing customers from technology perspective for SAAS product\n\nAt least 4 or more years of people management experience\n\nUnderstanding of technologies that include system integration with EMRs, Portals and other Enterprise workflow applications, single sign on, EMPI and data integration\n\nExperience managing enterprise customers in an evolving space \n\nStrategic mindset and ability to collaborate and share technical feedback as a super user with engineering and product teams to help guide and steer the product roadmap\n\nProven ability to consult clients: designing specifications, requirements and potential solutions creating win wins\n\nExperience in communicating timelines, understanding dependencies, and managing multiple project workstreams\n\nExperience in collaborating with teams across the organization to form a unified view to the customer\n\nExperience with large healthcare systems, payors, and/or human and social services is a plus\n\nExperience with a clientele who have complex Data requirements is a plus \n\n\n\n\nThe Unite Us Story:\n\nAs our co-founders transitioned from military to civilian life, they saw barriers and inefficiencies among their veteran community in trying to navigate the most basic health and social services.
