Crisis Text Line is hiring a Remote Direct of Student Learning
Role:\n As Director of Student Learning, you will partner closely with the Chief Program Officer and other senior leaders to effectively scale a high quality student internship experience. We have an ambitious goal to support 5,000 MSW students annually by 2027.ย To be successful in this role you will lead the strategic direction of the program: 1) meeting the needs of our biggest organization challenges 2) develop a high quality mental health workforce 3) support global replication of the program. This role will be about 70% externally/partnership focused and about 30% internally focused. You will need a clear understanding of the mission and business needs. You will be responsible for strategic acquisition of partner universities that meet the needs of the program. You set the tempo for the representation of the SLP program internally and externally with communication that reflects our values and priorities.\nResponsibilities:ย \n\n\n* \nCollaborate with the Chief Program Officer to ensure successful implementation of the 5 year strategic vision for SLP\n\n\n* \nGrow strategic university partnerships by navigating the complex higher education system, including setting clear expectations through the MOU process (in partnership with the legal department)\n\n\n* \nLead company through annual and quarterly planning and evaluation process.\n\n\n* \nManage the SLP Operations Manager\n\n\n* \nSupport your team and direct reports by setting clear team and individual goals, providing consistent and actionable feedback, and intentionally supporting professional development\n\n\n* \nActively support individual and team racial equity knowledge, and apply understanding through ongoing learning, reflecting and dialogue opportunities partnership with the executive team\n\n\n* \nBuild and reinforce an effective and efficient OKR creation and reporting process\n\n\n* \nLead strategic cross-functional initiatives and, ensuring clear ownership, efficiency, and effectiveness. Including our policy and advocacy department, Clinical Teams, Biz Dev and partnership teams.ย \n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* \n8+ years of relevant experienceย \n\n\n* \nLCSW required\n\n\n* \nSIFI training required\n\n\n* \nProven track record of positive relationships with external partners\n\n\n* \nAbility to exhibit discretion and strong judgmentย \n\n\n* \nExperience moving projects with multiple stakeholders to fruition\n\n\n* \nDemonstrated analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment\n\n\n\n\nย \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
