This role will fall under the product security vertical where you will play a central role in shaping the technical strategy and vision for Sprinklrโs Cloud Security program. You need to enjoy building, breaking, consulting, educating and assessing risk across a wide range of technologies and clouds. If you like going deep and broad at the same time and have previously worked in a security role, this opportunity will truly excite you. This role will report to the Head of Product Security and is a part of the central security team at Sprinklr\n\nThe person joining this position will deeply influence how Sprinklr does cloud security. \n\nYou Will: \n\n\nDefine baseline security standards for cloud security which includes AWS, Azure, GCP and Kubernetes.\n\nDrive Sprinklrโs Secure Software Development Lifecycle with a focus on infrastructure and cloud security.\n\nHelp proactively assess security risk through infrastructure deep dives, threat modelling, requirements, design, architecture and implementation reviews.\n\nPartner with Engineering/R&D, DevOps, peers and security champions on all things cloud security.\n\nReview architecture, vulnerabilities, deployments, misconfigurations, tool findings etc for FedRAMP cloud environments.\n\nUnderstand, research and internalize external cloud vulnerabilities, misconfigurations and security trends.\n\nIdentify opportunities for security tooling and automation with a goal of translating the security standards into policy as code.\n\nIdeate, prototype and experiment with tools with a goal to scale Sprinklrโs cloud first architecture. \n\nHelp improve security tooling, processes and how product teams approach deployment in their day to day work.\n\nBe a security advocate and subject matter expert within the organization and be able to effectively communicate security risk and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nCollaborate closely with the Security, Legal, and R&D/Engineering teams to create a committed roadmap for security fixes and enhancements.\n\nRoll up your sleeves in urgent or reactive situations. \n\n\n\n\n\nSkills & Qualifications: \n\n\n8 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure security OR experience in devops or as an architect in large-scale, distributed software projects, preferably with cloud service providers (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)\n\nHave sound security concepts with proficiency in public cloud security, networking, host security, shared responsibility model.\n\nDeep understanding of security controls for modern architecture, especially AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes-based delivery platforms\n\nComprehensive experience in selecting, operating, and rationalizing security tooling for common security processes, including CSPMs, vulnerability scanners, etc.\n\nProficient in one or more programming languages (such as Go, Python, javascript, java, etc )\n\nExperience in threat modelling, security code reviews with an eye to identify security flaws.\n\nExperience triaging, identifying and prioritizing security risk with a clear understanding of its impact to an organization. \n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nBe a continuous learner and have the knack to learn new technologies, trends and concepts.\n\nThe applicant should be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States (for FedRAMP).\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
