We’re pragmatic and believe in having a fluid structure; this means people can find opportunities in different domains or go deeper into a particular domain\n\n\n\nWhat you will do…\n* Architect and develop new and existing products and features on monetization.\n* Work with the head of monetization, other data scientists, and engineers to implement new experimentation and algorithmic pricing features across RAMPs, DeFi Trading, and Swaps.\n* Collaborate with other product teams to deliver and improve customer-facing features.\n* Contribute to the estimations, planning, and execution of projects, features, and integrations.\n* Integrate and work closely with external service providers that we use to power our services.\n* Maintain and improve our existing codebase.\n* Write fully tested, high-quality, performant code.\n\n\n\nAbout You 🙋\n* Extensive full-stack engineering experience at leading startups or fast-growing tech companies, ideally from marketplace or platform-type businesses where algorithmic pricing and AB testing were heavily used.\n* Experience working on projects involving pricing, promotions, rewards, and/or loyalty programs with backend and frontend technologies.\n* Experience building experimentation platforms and infrastructure for algorithmic pricing solutions. \n* You know how to leverage continuous delivery for it.\n* Confident in developing, releasing and maintaining server applications in a fast paced, iterative environment where we work as a team, and not in silos.\n* Experience with our tech stack, or confident you can cross-train and up-skill quickly. \n* Have a deep understanding of database structures and system design\n* Hold Cloud native experience with Google Cloud or similar e.g. AWS, Azure.\n* Bonus points if you make open-source contributions or have experience in web3.\n\n\n\nWhat you will be working with…\n* Typescript as our programming language of choice \n* Node.js as our backend platform\n* Google Cloud Platform to host our services\n* Git/GitHub for code collaboration\n* Launch Darkly for feature flags and experimentation\n* Data Dog for logs, real-time alerting and monitoring\n* Argo CD for deployments\n* Redis for caching\n* React as our web frontend\n* Big bonus points if you also have some working experience with React Native\n* GenAI tools such as Cursor\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMost importantly, though, you will embody the core principles that everyone here at the MoonPay lives by.
