Working in an agile product development environment, the Product Manager will continuously assess and synthesize customer needs, other market demands and organizational goals and priorities to make continuous adjustments to the product roadmap. The Product Manager will also play a key role in coordinating go-to-market across the organization, including sales, implementation, marketing, services, and support.   \n \nAll activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other regulations, as appropriate.   \n\n\n\nEssential Functions\n* Essential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:\n* Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and synthesize organizational goals and priorities, as it pertains to the respective product portfolio.\n* Gather insights into Customer priorities and market imperatives and turning these into structured inputs towards prioritization and road mapping decisions.\n* Partner with Squad Technical Owner in sprint planning and other agile ceremonies\n* Communicate product roadmaps both internally and to clients and industry analysts.\n* Lead customer needs discovery activities and translation of these findings into product requirements – e.g., development of epics, stories, story boards and mockups.\n* Work with Customers to gain insight into their needs and priorities.\n* Translate insights into epics and stories and developing and managing the backlog.\n* Work with UX/UI team to develop mockups and story boards for validation exercises with clients and subject matter experts.\n* Maintain knowledge of industry regulatory trends and compliance as it relates to, but not limited to, certifications and internal organization training.\n* Partner with Squad Technical Owners to continuously groom the backlog.\n* Work closely with internal compliance team to understand industry regulatory requirements and translating those requirements into epics and stories.\n* Communicate regulatory needs and changes to both internal and external stakeholders.\n* Work with internal stakeholders to develop educational materials, webinars and training.\n* Work with internal stakeholders to develop robust and competitive pricing, messaging and positioning ahead of all Go-To-Markets (GTM)\n* Identify industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform pricing, messaging, and positioning.\n* Additional duties as assigned based on business need.\n\n\n\nMinimum Requirements\n* 3-5 years of relevant technical experience preferably in the healthcare practice space \n* Ability to engage with business (practice) owners, accounting professionals and back-office personnel.  \n* Ability to bring to surface and synthesize client needs and pain-points. \n* Experience with developing consumer or patient -facing solutions. \n* Demonstrated ability to lead and work across functional teams in a collaborative manner. \n* Strategic thinker with ability to execute day-to-day operational activities with clients and other functional areas. \n* Knowledge of healthcare industry regulatory trends and compliance as it relates to, but not limited to, certifications and internal organization training. \n* Undergraduate degree \n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n* Exposure to working with ambulatory practices. \n* Familiarity with Jira and Agile software development \n* Pragmatic Marketing Certified\n\n\n\nWorking Environment/Physical Demands \n* Work from home environment \n* Long-distance or air travel as needed. \n* Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor.\n\n\n\nTotal Rewards\n* Generous annual bonus opportunity\n* 401(k) with Employer Match\n* Flexible Time Off: take time off when you need it without worrying about available hours\n* 10 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday\n* Volunteer Time Off\n* Insurance: Choice of Medical, Dental, and Vision plans\n* Health Savings Account with employer match\n* Flexible Spending Account\n* 100% Company-Paid Parental leave\n* 100% Company-Paid Life Insurance and Short/Long Term Disability Insurance\n* Wellness Program including discounts on medical premiums\n* Employee Assistance Program with free counseling sessions available\n* Corporate Discounts on Retail, Travel, and Entertainment\n* Pet Insurance options\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Travel, Accounting, Finance and Marketing jobs that are similar:\n\n $37,500 — $70,000/year\n
