We are looking for a Part-Time/ Full-time Business Development Manager (BD Manager) specializing in fintech, cross-border payments, and financial infrastructure. The primary qualification for this role is the candidateโs existing industry network, specifically their direct contacts within IBAN providers, liquidity providers, CryptoCard solution providers (Visa/MasterCard), and financial institutions. The role is not about cold outreach but about leveraging existing relationships to fast-track partnerships.
This position is ideal for professionals with deep industry connections who can immediately initiate and finalize partnerships without requiring lengthy lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide existing industry contacts for IBAN providers, liquidity providers, CryptoCard solutions (Visa/MasterCard), and financial institutions.
Utilize personal connections to accelerate partnership discussions and minimize onboarding time.
Lead business negotiations and partnership agreements to expand our financial services network.
Work closely with compliance, legal, and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record in fintech, banking, or payments, with strong industry relationships.
Direct contact network in IBAN providers, liquidity providers, CryptoCard solution providers (Visa/MasterCard), and financial institutions.
Ability to secure partnerships without extensive cold outreach.
Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic relationship management skills.
Fluent in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus).
